The whole crew getting together for food and drinks one last time before the big race!! Time to turn in early and get a good night’s rest! Good luck IRONDAN!!!!!!

Kelly finally made it to town! Together with Martha and Rich, they scope out some breakfast spots and a spooky farmer’s market. Meanwhile, Danny gets out of bed (looking like he already ran an ironman?? lol) and heads out for a bike ride.

Martha and Rich took Danny and Cheska to dinner at Butcher & Barrel, an elevated steakhouse in picturesque downtown Sacramento. Danny made sure to fill up on protein and carbs while they settle in for the festivities.
